PATNA: Union agriculture minister Radha Mohan Singh was captured on camera urinating in the open. Even as BJP workers in Motihari defended the minister, citing lack of urinals near Pipra in East Cham paran dis trict for long-dis tance trav ellers on the National Highway-28, netizens, including Bihar health minister Tej Pratap, shared the picture on social networking sites, including Twitter and Facebook The RJD on its official Twitter handle gave a loaded caption to the picture: "The Union minister kicking off an irrigation scheme in a drought-affected area amid tight security . He also gave boost to Swachh Baharat Abhiyan ." Tej Pratap re-tweeted the photograph, saying that had it been done by any nonBJP leader, "the Modi-supporter media would have measured how much (land) was soaked and how much left dry".Though the Union minister did not respond to the calls made by TOI on his cellphone, one of his aides claimed that the photograph was taken around a year ago in Rajasthan. Some party workers at the BJP's Bihar headquarters in Patna said the photograph was taken in Motihari six months ago.
