World Hope hit Nebulus 74-71, Upper Hill School dismissed University of Nairobi “Terrorists” 49-37 and Zetech University nipped Africa Nazarene University 55-51. Champions USIU “Flames” easily doused Masaku Sparks 47-34 while Kaya Tiwi humiliated Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) University 56-6. In the lower division matches played at Upper Hill School courts, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Jkuat) were felled 46-44 by Kenya Airports Authority. Following that win, the soldiers leapfrogged leaders and former champions Co-operative Bank of Kenya to the top of the 12 team table with 18 points.
