Except it's an old video, being used out of context. The video does show a queue of cars at the Vaalimaa border crossing from Russia into Finland. The video's meta data reveals it was posted on 19 September at 1.08pm UK time - more than two days before the viral Twitter video. As the video went viral, the Finnish Border Guard tweeted that it was old and out of context. The queue, pictured at 10.28am this morning at the Vaalimaa crossing can be measured, using Google Earth tools, to be around 300m long.
