EU condemns Russia's 'military activities' around nuclear plantThe EU's foreign policy chief has hit out at Russia's "military activities" around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Shelling hit the facility yesterday - narrowly avoiding a potential disaster - and Russia and Ukraine were quick to blame each other. Russian troops have been stationed around the nuclear plant since it was taken over early in the invasion. The EU's Josep Borrell Fontelles has accused Moscow's troops of a "serious and irresponsible breach of nuclear safety rules".
