In particular, according to Andriy Kovalenko, president of the Center for Combating Disinformation, TikTok is in first place "for the amount of pro-Russian disinformation in Ukraine". However, according to a confidential source from "Forbes", the negotiations were suspended about a month ago. According to the source, "it is not a definitive block" but at the moment no consultation is being conducted on the matter.
