Jeremiah Kioni, the embattled secretary general of the Jubilee Party, has threatened to take legal action if Ann Nderitu, the RPP's registrar, does not overturn the decision to suspend him from the Party. Kioni protested the RPP order by filing an appeal with the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal. It has since been revealed that a ruling by the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal prevented Jubilee Party modifications from taking effect. This comes after Ann Nderitu, the RPP's Registrar of Political Parties, upheld Jeremiah Kioni and Jubilee Vice Chairman David Murathe's expulsion from the party. The tribunal has issued conservatory orders halting the modifications in a motion submitted under a certificate of urgency.
