President Uhuru takes the Coast region for granted and does not appreciate his supporter, PNU vice chairman Sheikh Juma Ngao has said. The cleric told the Star on Tuesday evening Uhuru has alienated Coast residents and they will never vote for him. Ngao said he shifted allegiance to the opposition because government's policies had made the standard of living unbearable. He said instead of Uhuru rewarding his diehard supporters he chose those who had opposed him. The former Nacada director claimed the President refused to open a rehabilitation centre at NYS in Miritini for drug addicts.
