President Uhuru Kenyatta is at this hour addressing the larger Mt Kenya region in a live interview from State House, Nairobi. Tuesday's elections, his legacy and retirement plans are expected to feature prominently in the interview. Also expected to feature prominently is Uhuru's fallout with his principal assistant, Deputy President William Ruto. Uhuru, who endorsed Azimio la Umoja One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga as his preferred successor has been calling on the electorate in Mt Kenya to vote for the ODM leader. Raila and Ruto are neck-and-neck in the presidential race which also features Roots Party leader, George Wajackoyah and Agano Party flag bearer David Waihiga.
