President Uhuru Kenyatta has nominated Lt Col (Rtd) Julius Githiria as Nacada chairman taking over from Naivasha MP John Mututho. If approved, Githiria will succeed Mututho who was appointed chairman of the Transport Licensing Appeals Tribunal.
