Through Executive Order No.4 of 2019, the President also appointed Boinnet as the CAS in the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife. Other state appointments include Wycliffe Ogalo as the Commissioner General, Kenya Prisons Service and Brig. Vincent Naisho Loonena as the Director General of the Kenya Coast Guard Service. John Migui Waweru has been appointed as the Director General of the Kenya Wildlife Service. The President through the same order, the President formally appointed the new commissioners of the National Police Service Commission led by Chairperson Eliud Kinuthia.
