The President has sent a condolence message to the family of former Kasipul Kabondo MP James Mbori, who died at a Kisumu hospital on Monday. President Uhuru Kenyatta described the former MP as a great Kenyan leader whose patriotism enabled him implement projects that benefited the public long after he resigned from active politics. Uhuru said Mbori’s commitment and diligence as an MP and cabinet minister were his legacies to Kenyans. He noted Mbori was instrumental in setting up structures that have become a reference point for most public institutions. “As we mourn and pay homage to this visionary leader, let us also celebrate his life and achievements,” the President said.
