Kenya and Botswana will seek to enhance trade between the two countries as a way of increasing intra-Africa trade, President Uhuru Kenyatta said yesterday. We will do this through the Botswana-Kenya Business Seminar that we will be opening tomorrow,” Uhuru said during a state luncheon hosted by Botswana President Ian Khama. The President said that top on his agenda during the three-day visit in Botswana are the Tripartite Free Trade Agreement, trade and economic ties. “Kenya and Botswana share many similarities and it is the intention of my government to strengthen our economic ties. President Kenyatta arrived in Botswana yesterday and was received with a 21-guard salute and a full guard of honour at the airport.
