President Uhuru Kenyatta on Saturday appeared to endorse Nairobi governor aspirant Peter Kenneth to fly Jubilee’s flag. During the burial of former Gatanga MP and current JP deputy chairman David Murathe, the President asked Murang’a residents to pray for Kenneth to ensure he wins the Jubilee nominations on Friday. He urged Murang’a residents to vote for Uhuru as a bloc to ensure he retains his seat. “I will fight to get the ticket and win the seat in Nairobi so that when I come to visit you I will be Nairobi governor,” Kenneth said. Wanjiru is confident she will be nominated as the Jubilee aspirant for the Nairobi governor’s seat.
