Photo: Boniface Okendo, StandardPresident Uhuru Kenyatta has convened first sitting of both houses of the 12th Parliament, key on the agenda being swearing-in of members and election of Speakers. Both the National Assembly and Senate will sit on August 31 from 2.30pm as contained in a gazette notice dated August 23.
