KUALA LUMPUR: An Uber driver was fined RM300 in default four months' jail for quarrelling and fighting with a passenger who gave him the wrong pick-up address. Magistrate Mahyudin Mohmad Som meted out the sentence on Chang Seow Kiat, 43, Monday after he pleaded guilty to a charge of committing affray. Upon reaching the house, Chang called the client's number three times to confirm whether the address was correct, but there was no reply. After a five-minute wait, Chang went to press the bell of the house, but a woman answered and told him she did not ask for the service. This led to the passenger punching Chang twice in the face.
