Uber Technologies Inc.’s manager for Northern Europe said Monday she was quitting, shaking up the ride-hailing firm’s leadership after London’s top transport regulator decided to strip the company of its license to operate there. Jo Bertram, whose regional responsibilities included the U.K., told staff in an all-hands meeting she would be leaving to pursue a new opportunity outside the company.
