Five men, including a tour guide, have been identified and booked for allegedly gang-raping an American woman at a five-star hotel at Connaught Place on Saturday. On Friday night, the woman had contacted the Delhi Police on email asking them to register an FIR against the five men. The agency contacted its partners in India that had booked the hotel and employed the prime accused as the tour guide. It was found that the tour guide is a resident of South Delhi and is presently travelling outside the city along with a group of tourists. The tour guide threatened her with dire consequences if she raised an alarm or informed anyone about the incident.
