When a 9-year-old American boy was worried no-one would come to his birthday party, a handful of police officers made sure he'd have the "best birthday ever". According to the post, Thomas told him that he'd missed his bus and his mum did not have a car. The police officer did go to the birthday party, but sadly Thomas' fears had come true.
