A man who was arrested after a woman was found chained in a metal container on his property has confessed to four killings and may have carried out three more, police in the United States have said. Todd Kohlhepp is in police custody after officers found Kala Brown, 30, who had been missing with Charles Carver, her 32-year-old boyfriend, since August.
