Penguin Random House has acquired four books from Amanda Gorman, the young American poet who moved people around the world with her poem The Hill We Climb at US President Joe Biden's inauguration on Jan 20. “I am excited so to be working with Vintage and Puffin on my poetry and my children’s books. They have such a clear vision, it was obvious that they understood me and my values," said Gorman in a media statement. Also on Sept 21, Penguin Random House Children’s imprint Puffin will publish Change Sings: A Children’s Anthem. In Change Sings, Gorman demonstrates that anything is possible when our voices join together.
