That is unsurprising, said the source close to Zelensky, but Ukrainian officials are deeply frustrated about the leak. An intelligence report about Israel, meanwhile, has sparked outrage in Jerusalem. According to one of the documents, Russian forces had suffered 189,500 to 223,000 casualties as of February, including as many as 43,000 troops killed in action.
