The US dollar exchange rate rose during Thursday's transactions, in the wake of a decline that lasted for more than three weeks starting February 2. At Banque Misr, the purchasing rate recorded LE16.2, up from LE16, while the selling rate remained at LE16.3. At Al Baraka Bank, the purchasing rate reached LE16.3, up from LE16.1; the selling rate increased to LE16.4, up from LE16.2. The purchasing rate at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank was LE16.35, up from LE16.15 earlier, and the selling rate reached LE16.45, up from LE16.25. At the National Bank of Greece, the purchasing rate recorded LE16.3, up from LE16.15, while the selling rate reached LE16.4, up from LE16.25.
