A Washington Post-Schar School poll has found that 69 per cent of people think there is a problem with law enforcement in the country, higher than in previous polls. The US president has continued to weigh in on the side of law enforcement officers. Trump is banking on his popularity among the white, mostly male, core base who helped propel him to victory in 2016.
