“It is clear no single political entity enjoys legitimate control across the entire country and any effort to impose a unilateral solution will result in violence,” US Embassy in Libya quoted Norland. “Only dialogue and compromise among the key figures will identify a path to elections and political stability,” Norland pointed out.
