A Juvenile Court in Alabama State in the US has been compelled to buy a space meant for advertisement on Daily Nation to warn a Kenyan father allegedly escaping child support in America. The Kenyan man had reportedly sired two kids in the US and had escaped the legal suit filed by their mother. Termination of parental rights for the Kenyan man means that he would lose the legal parent-child relationship. The South African court delivered a landmark ruling in his favour, setting a precedent in the country's immigration laws. But in the landmark ruling, the South African court revoked a section of the Immigration Act where foreigners’ spouse visas were terminated once their relationship with their South African spouses ended.
