Buchanan - The United Bassa Organization in the Americas (UNIBOA) on Friday, April 20, broke ground for the construction of a 29-room clinic to be constructed in District 3, Grand Bassa County. UNIBOA was established in 1991 by group of Bassa natives residing in the United States of America with an objective of giving back to their county. UNIBOA has contributed to Grand Bassa County through scholarships for college students. Currently, over 15 students are benefiting from the group’s scholarship program at the Grand Bassa Community College. You don’t have to be a politician before helping to build your own county,” Baikpeh asserted.
