The bodies of three Bangladeshis, who were killed in the US-Bangla plane crash in Kathmandu, were brought back from Nepal on Thursday afternoon. A flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, carrying the bodies, landed at Shahjalal International Airport at 4:09pm, said Tasmin Akhter, assistant manager (public relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines. Later, the bodies were handed over to their respective families, said Md Kamrul Islam, general manager (marketing support and public relations) of US-Bangla Airlines. Earlier, on Monday, the identified bodies of 23 Bangladeshi passengers were brought back by a cargo aircraft of Bangladesh Air Force. Of the passengers, 36 were from Bangladesh, 33 from Nepal, and one each from China and the Maldives.
