An Indian Administrative Services (IAS) aspirant allegedly committed suicide after he failed to qualify the UPSC preliminary qualifying exam. The deceased, identified as Samrat Chauhan, was unhappy over not being able to qualify the examination. Chauhan had also left behind a suicide note in which he stated that no one should be blamed for his death, police said. I apologise to my parents for not being able to make anything out of my life," stated the suicide note. He ended the suicide note by asking his brother to take care of his parents.
