The incident took place on Wednesday morning, reports UNB. The deceased is Sumon Chakma, an activist of UPDF (Proshit group). Quoting locals, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mohammad Sufiullah said a gunfight took place between two groups of UPDF men over establishing supremacy, leaving Sumon dead on the spot.
