Photo: SuppliedThe majority of the snow, which fell to 350m on Banks Peninsula overnight has been cleared. Some affected roads were only open to four-wheel-drives this morning but all roads but Summit Rd between Little Akaloa and Le Bons Bay have reopened to all traffic. A Christchurch Transport Operations Centre spokesperson said "extreme care is needed" for areas where there is snow.
