ORIGINAL ENTRY, OCT 28: Armita Geravand, 16, has died almost four weeks after she was accosted by a “hijab enforcer” on a train in a Tehran underground station. Witnesses told the Guardian that the chador-clad hijab enforcer screamed at Geravand asking her why was she not covered. Witnesses said they spotted the hijab enforcer, who had sparked the confrontation, waiting behind the ambulance that took Geravand to the hospital.
