New Delhi: In an interesting change of tack, chief minister Akhilesh Yadav will use his upcoming electoral rallies across the state to crowdsource the manifesto of the Samajwadi Party (SP). Yadav, who is going to start the Samajwadi Vikas Yatra from Unnao on Thursday, will seek suggestions from the public across the 75 districts on what should be included in the manifesto of the SP. The first such samvad will be held in Bahraich district where the volunteers, who will be called Akhilesh Vikas Mitr or Samajwadi Vikas Mitr will interact with people and collate information for the manifesto. AAP is banking on the same strategy for the upcoming elections in Punjab and Goa in 2017. “Now that the Yadav family feud has settled down it has become clear that Akhilesh Yadav is on an independent trajectory.
