The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, confirmed that Haftar forces were responsible for the killing of 32 students at Tripoli Military College on January 4. In a report issued on Tuesday he added that Haftar's air force has launched 1020 raids on public, government and military installations since the fourth of last April. The report detailed that the air raids included 850 strikes with precision-guided drones, 110 with jet aircraft, and 60 air strikes with foreign aircraft. According to the report, Haftar’s air force killed three children on October 14, when bombing a residential neighborhood in the Farnaj area of Tripoli. The report had also documented the bombing of Haftar's air force on Ramla and Aziziyah areas on October 23, killing 3 civilians and injuring 4.
