Malcorra worked with Ban Ko-moon previously at the UN, but is lagging so far in the race to replace him. A meeting with Foreign Minister Susana Malcorra is also scheduled to take place earlier, amid the latter’s bid to replace him as Secretary General. After the meeting with Macri, a lunch service honouring the visitor will take place at the Government House Museum, with cabinet members, lawmakers, military chiefs, businessmen and special guests in assistence.
