Most of Britain has seen unsettled weather this week, with rain and strong winds battering most parts. The cyclone continues to travel through the Atlantic Ocean and is expected to reach the UK by Thursday - only adding to the deluge of downpours for Brits. A Met Office spokesperson said: "There is a change in the weather into the weekend and next week. "More unsettled conditions with spells of rain and strong winds may affect the north and northwest at times. "These unsettled conditions could spread to other parts of the UK later in this period, but widespread unsettled conditions are unlikely.
