The GMB, which represents some of the 2,000 workers at the DHL-owned company, said it had been inundated with calls from members who had been subject to “appalling treatment”. UK Mail, which delivers parcels for M&S, House of Fraser , eBay and Argos, is said to have told workers at more than 50 depots to sign new contracts in which they would be paid per delivery rather than time worked.
