Despite his successful run, Dos Anjos was a +325 underdog to the former champ, who entered the bout as a significant -450 favorite. With two minutes off the clock, Dos Anjos took control of the octagon and backed Henderson toward the cage. The stoppage, which earned Dos Anjos a “Performance of the Night” bonus award, remains the only knockout loss on Henderson’s record. After the loss to Ferguson, Dos Anjos moved to welterweight where he is 3-2 and riding a two-fight losing skid.
