United Democratic Alliance party has requested media houses to deploy female journalists only to cover the signing of the Alliance Women Charter event on Friday. During the launch, Deputy President William Ruto said if he is elected president, women will take lead in different positions. “UDA will have the most elected women governors. I am sure at least five women governors will be elected on UDA ticket,” he said. He acknowledged the support of women countrywide, adding that the opinion polls released so far have backed his faith in women's support.
