The United States plans to announce it will spend $1.3 billion on military aid for Ukraine, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing two U.S. officials familiar with the matter. The weapons package, which wasn’t previously reported, includes the Vehicle-Agnostic Modular Palletized ISR Rocket Equipment, or VAMPIRE, an air-defense system from L3Harris Technologies (NYSE:LHX).
