U.S. national security agencies are investigating after dozens of highly classified U.S. military and intelligence documents were leaked online a month ago. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which appears to have produced the leaked document, declined to comment, as did the National Security Council. Another senior Ukrainian official said the leaked documents were unlikely to compromise the planned counteroffensive.
