U.S. stocks rose Tuesday, putting major indexes on track to notch another series of record closes. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 65 points, or 0.3%, to 23643 in early trading, while the S&P 500 added 0.2%. The global economy is on course for its best year since 2010, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said Tuesday. Earlier, Asia-Pacific stocks were mostly muted, but domestic Chinese stocks showed signs of stabilizing after a rocky patch that dragged Shenzhen stocks into negative territory for the year. The Shanghai Composite rose 0.3% Tuesday from a three-month low and the more tech-heavy Shenzhen stocks rose 1.4%.
