Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Saturday said the state is seeing an increase in new coronavirus cases among younger people, while Arizona reported new highs for Covid-19-related deaths, and other states continued to struggle to contain the virus. Florida recorded 10,327 new cases of Covid-19 on Saturday, a number slightly lower than Friday’s case count, according to the state’s Department of Health. Overall, the state’s total number of cases is more than 337,000.
