The U.S. and Mexico appeared to resolve an 11th-hour labor dispute that had threatened to sour a planned congressional vote on a new North American trade agreement. Mexican Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Jesús Seade had objected over the weekend to language in the U.S. legislation implementing the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement after a new version of USMCA was signed by all three countries last week.
