Former UFC world champion Francis Ngannou, who’d never participated in a professional boxing match prior to tonight, shocked WBC champion Fury and the world when he knocked the lineal heavyweight king down in the third round. From the fourth round on, Fury landed 28 jabs and 24 power punches. After ten rounds, Ngannou had landed 5 more power punches than Fury. Fury landed 17 more jabs than Ngannou, and that seems to be what nipped the fight for him. The scores were 95-94 for Ngannou, 96-93 for Fury, and 95-94 for Fury.
