PITTSBURGH — Team Canada has lost the services of Dallas Stars forward Tyler Seguin for the World Cup of Hockey. “Yes, he’s out,” Team Canada GM Doug Armstrong told Postmedia on Tuesday night. He underwent surgery during the off-season and declared himself ready to go for the World Cup during the Biosteel camp in Toronto three weeks ago. U.S. coach John Tortorella still has decisions to make, but his changes for the Finland game paid dividends and could stick. That wasn’t one of the better moments for Maatta, among the Finns who struggled in their final World Cup tuneup.
