The accident occurred around 10:15am on Sunday at the western end of the Chandina bus stand, said Chandina police station OC Mustafizur Rahman. “The two women were standing by the side of the road waiting for a bus,” he said. “A private car from Dhaka hit them. Both were killed instantaneously.”Police have not yet provided the identity of the victims.
