Two young women have been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a car 'deliberately' crashed into them as they walked along a pavement. The victims, aged 19 and 20, were hit by the vehicle on Lower High Street, Wednesbury, at 1.45am on Sunday. The motorist then fled the scene, and West Midlands Police believe the incident was a 'targeted attack.' The two women were rushed to hospital with serious injuries and last night remained in a stable condition.
