Two men have been arrested after Moses Lockman (31) was hacked to death in Odendaalsrus. A case of murder is being investigated after Lockman was attacked while inside a taxi travelling to Kutloanong. Apparently, he was chased from the taxi and followed to where he was hacked with axes. Lockman sustained multiple cut wounds on his head. Sgt Modise Kotsi of the Odendaalsrus Detective Services arrested two suspects aged 19 and 32 years, respectively.
