IPOH: Two were arrested and 2.1kg worth of methamphetamine and 2,000 Eramin 5 pills were seized at a parking lot of a condominium here. "We believed they were about to make a delivery to their clients," he told a press conference at the state police contingent headquarters Thursday (Oct 19). Comm Hasnan said the seized drugs were worth some RM177,000. "We also seized RM5,000 from the suspects," he said, adding that the men were part of a six-man syndicate based in Kuala Lumpur. The case will be investigated under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act, which carries a mandatory death sentence.
