The deceased are Abdur Rashid Prakash alias Dailya, 47, son of one Enam Sharif of Kuchubunia; and Abul Kalam, 35, son of Abdur Rahman of the same area. “The drug peddlers opened fire when they spotted law enforcement. The OC furthered that the dead were listed as drug traders on a Home Ministry-issued list. Abul Kalam was accused in 10 cases and Abdur Rashid in six.
